You are hereby granted the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, revocable, limited right to use the Giving the Basics logo as shown below (the “Logo”), only in connection with the display of the Logo on your company’s website to illustrate that you are a donor or donee of Giving the Basics, Inc. (“GTB”), along with a link to the GTB website (the “Permitted Use”). Any and all goodwill related to your use of the Logo shall inure solely to the benefit of GTB. You recognize that the manner in which you use the Logo could have a significant effect on the image of GTB. In order to preserve the reputation and integrity of GTB and the Logo, you agree that you will use the Logo only (a) for the Permitted Use, (b) in accordance with the standards of quality furnished or approved by GTB from time to time, and (c) in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. GTB may revoke this license at any time by notifying you in writing and you agree not to use the Logo or GTB’s name or other logos following revocation of your license.
You are only granted the right to use the Logo exactly in the form and format as set forth below, including the “SM” symbol. You are not authorized to change the Logo in any manner, whether by size, color, dimension or otherwise.
